How Returns Work

1. Email help.tubber@gmail.com with your order number.
2. We send you a prepaid return label within 2 business days. We cover return shipping — you pay nothing.
3. Ship the Tubber back in any condition.
4. Refund processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving it.

90-Day Defect Warranty

If your Tubber arrives defective or develops a defect within 90 days of delivery, we replace it at no cost — including shipping both ways.

Email help.tubber@gmail.com with a brief description of the issue and we get a replacement on its way.
